In November 2025, A Better Way, Co-create and NHS England’s People and Communities Division published INVOLVEMENT, a powerful collection of 10 NHS professionals telling stories that outline why involvement must be central to the work of the NHS going forward and why storytelling is necessary, especially during a time of change.
Since then we have hosted a series of online and in-person storytelling events to share the project and advocate for the power of storytelling to bring about positive societal, individual and organisational change.
Following feedback from these events, we invite you to a session focusing on enabling public sector professionals to tell their own stories to create change, using A Better Way principles and behaviours. The event will be online on Thursday 16th July from 10-11.30am
