Annual Gathering – “How Do You Find A Better Way in Turbulent Times”

“How Do You Find A Better Way in Turbulent Times” – This was the question discussed by around 100 of our members who came together, both in-person and online, on 6 and 7 November 2025. 

There was a great exchange of insights and ideas over the two days in three areas where the network is well placed to make a difference – tackling the barriers to systemic change by changing the operating model; bringing communities together at a time when extremism is tearing them apart and advancing race equity; and building health and wellbeing in neighbourhoods.

There was also a discussion on the value of A Better Way to our members and how it has helped people to achieve change in their work.

We’ll be building on this in 2026, watch this space... Here is the summary report.
