Annual Gathering 2025 – “Finding A Better Way in Turbulent Times” 

“How Do You Find A Better Way in Turbulent Times” – This was the question discussed by around 100 of our members who came together, both in-person and online, on 6 and 7 November 2025. 

There was a great exchange of insights and ideas over the two days in three areas where the network is well placed to make a difference – tackling the barriers to the systemic changes by changing the operating model; bringing communities together at a time when extremism is tearing them apart and advancing race equity; and building health and wellbeing in neighbourhoods.

There was also a discussion on the value of A Better Way to our members and how it has helped people to achieve change in their work.
