The Co-Learning Lab
The purpose of the Co-Learning Lab is to translate the Better Way principles and behaviours into practical action, by bringing together small, committed groups of people from across sectors, who are in a position to bring about significant change, and who are enthused by Better Way thinking.
Each person in the group brings their particular ambition, and with support, challenge and encouragement from others in the group, and facilitated by a Better Way convenor, they actively seek out and share the practical challenges and opportunities of embedding a Better Way in a team, organisation, policy, project, programme or strategy.
The first Co-Learning Lab ran from September 2024 to September 2025 with 12 participants, and was facilitated by Arvinda Gohil. Here is the summary report:
